HOW DOES THE RENTAL PROCESS WORK

It’s simple! Email us through our contact form and we’ll be in touch to collect additional information and confirm availability of inventory. From there, a 50% deposit is collected to secure your items and date. The remaining balance is to be collected 14 days before your event.

HOW LONG IS A RENTAL PERIOD

The rental period for each item is one day. Need them longer? Extended rental accommodations are available.

WHAT AREAS DO WE SERVICE

Ancienne Rentals services the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene area, as well as throughout the greater Pacific Northwest

DELIVERY VS. PICK UP

Will call (pick up) orders are available for most small items, items that do not require on-site installation, and non-fragile items.

Oversized items, extra fragile items, and items that require on-site installation are available for delivery only. These items include arbors, some furniture, and select glass items that require extra care.

RENTAL MINIMUMS

Will call orders require a $50 minimum before fees and taxes. Delivery orders require a $500 minimum before fees and taxes.

STAINS, CHIPS, DAMAGES, AND MORE

It happens, we know! All events are covered by a non-refundable damage waiver to cover minor wear and tear of our items like chipped glass and small stains. Damage waivers do not cover damages from neglect or gross negligence, such instances will be subject to a replacement cost of up to 5x the item’s rental cost to replace or repair the item.
